Eye Surgical Associates makes it easy to order your contact lenses. Anyone with a current prescription from their doctor can order contacts through us in one of three simple ways:

Order online and take advantage of our special online discount.
Simply sign in at www.gotlenses.com, register and provide your prescription information.
You'll pay by credit card to complete your order.

A customer service representative will register and record your prescription information.

Vision Plans and Insurance

Eye Surgical Associates is an approved provider of contacts and glasses for VSP members. If you have VSP coverage, simply call our office to schedule your contact lens exam. Then place your initial contact lens order with our Optical Department to receive your VSP benefit. Any reorders can be made online. If you have other insurance coverage, check with your provider for benefits information. Learn more >
